One of our smaller firms that offers a community culture is seeking an Associate attorney with three to five years’ in counseling clients in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a broad range of real estate and finance transactions, as well as in commercial leasing activity. Successful candidates will have demonstrably superior legal writing skills and should possess exceptional academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools.
