Commercial Litigation Junior Associate – San Francisco, Ca

One of our growing law firms is seeking a junior associate with commercial litigation experience.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years' of litigation experience, including class action experience in false advertising matters and/or unfair business practices.
• Knowledge and an interest in the retail and e-commerce industry is preferred.
• Experience in all aspects of litigation affecting retailers, including cutting edge and novel legal issues is preferred.
• Additional background in website accessibility matters, drafting and evaluating privacy policies and website terms of use, and Proposition 65 experience is a plus but not required.

You may have the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters too!
