REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates should have 2-3 years (JD 2016-2017) of patent litigation experience with a degree and strong background in electrical engineering or computer science.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.

The billable requirement for lateral associate’s first year is 1900 creditable hours with 200 investment hours (pro bono, recruiting, biz dev, etc) after the first year it’s 2000/200.
