    Description

National law firm is accepting applications for an experienced class action attorney to work in the San Francisco office. The attorneys at FIRM are at the forefront of cutting-edge impact litigation aimed at achieving economic and social justice. We have represented thousands of workers across all industries, including misclassified workers in unpaid overtime lawsuits, low-wage workers in the restaurant industry and other industries in wage theft cases, women in the banking and tech industry in “glass ceiling” gender discrimination class actions, and African American and Latino job applicants in systemic failure-to-hire cases.

FIRM encourages all of its attorneys to seek out opportunities for public speaking, publishing, and bar association activities. Diversity, inclusion, and equity are fundamental to our work at FIRM. We believe that to be effective advocates for civil rights and workplace fairness we must strive for diversity and inclusion within our own workforce. We are committed to these values among our lawyers and staff, and to fostering a collegial and supportive workplace.

    Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience litigating employment class actions; strong analytical, writing, research, and client management skills; and a commitment to protecting the rights of workers.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)

Prestigious law firm provides great environment and working atmosphere.

To hear more (confidentially of course), please email your resume along with salary expectations.

    Thank you!
