TRUST ADMINISTRATION & PROBATE ATTORNEY - SAN JOSE, CA

We are working with a great firm was founded to provide superior legal services to those clients in need of a global approach to their tax and estate planning. We are focused on the specific design and immediate implementation of fully integrated wealth planning systems, including trusts, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and charitable techniques. Our practice areas include wealth and estate planning, trust and estate administration and probate, trust and estate litigation, and tax controversy.

We are seeking an energetic attorney to join their team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Member of California Bar
• LLM in Taxation (preferred, not mandatory)
• At least three years ‘experience in the Trusts and Estates practice area
• Experience in dealing with various tax issues relating to trusts, estates and family business entities
• Experience in probates
• Experience in simple and complex trust administrations
• Experience in analysis and preparation of estate and gift tax returns (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of basic drafting of foundation estate planning documents
• Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects at one time
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptionally Team Oriented
• Command of MS office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Preferred proficiency in Lexis/BNA and other internet research tools
