PUBLIC AGENCY/EDUCATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – Downtown San Diego, CA

Procopio is seeking an attorney with top academic credentials and approximately 3-7 years’ experience in public agency and/or education law. Administrative writs/appeals experience preferred, although this is not a litigation-only position. Qualified candidates will have exceptional writing and analytical skills. Substantial charter school or special education experience a plus. Candidates must be able to independently manage projects and cases in our strong team environment.

Major law firm experience or substantial in-house experience with a large agency is desired.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
