ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

SAN JOSE, CA

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of civil litigation experience to join our San Jose, CA office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background including law review/journal, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility in a diverse and fast-paced working environment. Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, and court hearings is required, and trial experience is a plus. COMPENSATION WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE, SALARY IS FLEXIBLE DEPENDING ON THE CANDIDATE (THEY TOLD US TO SEND OVER CANDIDATES WITH SALARY EXPECTATIONS, IT’S PROBABLY IN THE $145K-$155K RANGE, 1,900 BILLABLE TARGET)
