REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) a must.
• Candidates must have superior writing ability and communication skills, hands-on experience, strong academic and professional credentials.
• California State Barred Required
• Admission to the NJ, NY, PA, or IL bars a plus.
