Tax Associate Attorney - Multiple Locations

One of our national firms has opportunities available for associates in its tax practice based in their Boston, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, or San Francisco offices.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of tax experience, including advising on some combination of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and international transactions
• strong client relations skills and experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
• a high level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills
• a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
• An LLM is preferred, but not required.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
