Trusts/Estates Associate Attorney - Monterey, CA

We are working with a small, boutique estate planning and administration law firm in Monterey, California that is seeking a Trusts/Estates Associate Attorney. The attorneys offer substantial expertise in the development of plans for the transfer of wealth, during life and at death, in a manner designed to respect and implement the client’s personal objectives while also addressing federal and state transfer tax issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-6 years’ trusts/estates experience.
• An LLM is preferred but not required.
• California barred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
