Corporate Tax Attorney – San Francisco, CA

One of our firms in San Francisco is seeking a senior corporate tax attorney (partner or counsel) to advise clients in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, offshore entities, and complex financial transactions, in connection with the Firm’s extensive practice of representing investment advisers, hedge funds, real estate funds and venture capital funds.

The candidate will work closely with the members of the Firm’s investment advisory practice in the representation of investment adviser clients. The candidate will also counsel high net worth individuals and multi-generational family groups on estate planning tax matters. Candidates should possess 8 to 10 years of corporate tax transactional experience superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools, as well as demonstrably superior legal writing skills.
