One of our firms in San Francisco is currently seeking one or two general business associates with a minimum of 2 but preferably at least 3 years of law firm experience handling a combination of corporate and financial transactions, such as M&A transactions, securities offerings and other financings, private investments, partnerships and joint ventures, corporate restructurings, fund formation, and corporate governance. The firm’s business attorneys work with a range of clients from closely held family businesses to large and complex business enterprises and serve clients in the technology, renewable energy, real estate, wine, cannabis and food and beverage industries.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
