Litigation Associate - Irvine, CA

One of our nationally recognized litigation defense firms is seeking a Litigation Associate for an exciting opportunity to be part of its growing Denver office. The ideal candidate must have 3 - 8 years of litigation experience with complex high-exposure civil cases, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and be comfortable and competent to step into cases and prepare them for trial on tight time-frames. Willingness to travel and an ability to think outside the box are required.

Their practice encompasses a wide range of national trial and appellate matters, including:

• Catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims
• Product liability and tort cases
• Crisis management
• Insurance litigation
• Business litigation
• Construction litigation
