CORPORATE SENIOR ASSOCIATE – SAN JOSE OR PALO ALTO

A full service law firm with offices in Palo Alto and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Associate in either its San Jose or Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with corporate and securities, M&A, securities offerings and business formations. We seek candidates that are proven self-starters as well as possessing the ability to work as part of a larger team. Candidates must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.

 COMPENSATION WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE, SALARY IS FLEXIBLE.
