Litigation Associate - Sacramento

The Sacramento office of one of our premiere law firms seeks an associate with 2-6 years of litigation experience to join its team. A demonstrated interest in environmental litigation, enforcement defense, contaminated property transactions, hazardous waste and hazardous materials, regulatory reporting, food and agriculture, weights and measures, product labeling and registration, and water quality is desirable.

Experience handling regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, agency enforcement defense, and contaminated property matters is ideal, but not required to be considered for a position.

Requirements:

• Strong technical lawyer
• Excellent writer
• Effective communicator
• Self-starter
• Enjoy motivating and mentoring more-junior members of the team
• The ability to handle complex areas of law in an accurate and efficient manner
• Solid academic credentials
