Business/Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Los Angeles (Century City), CA

Salary around $200k

A national law firm seeks a business/commercial litigation associate with approximately 3-5 years of experience for our Los Angeles (CENTURY CITY), CA office.

Successful candidates should be bright, enthusiastic, committed to a career in litigation, and have the following qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials (top tier law school and/or top 25%) and strong writing skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to draft dispositive motions, and conduct and defend depositions
• Judicial clerkship, trial preparation & trial experience is a plus
• Experience with Relativity and large scale document collection and productions, experience with antitrust and/or class actions is a plus
• California licensed
