Corporate Transactional Attorney – Los Angeles, CA (Downtown)

The LA office of one of our firms is seeking a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join the Corporate practice. The position will also support the M&A and Securities practice teams. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience within a major law firm working in a transactional practice. The candidate should also be admitted to and be in good standing with the California Bar.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
