Labor & Employment Attorney - San Francisco, CA

One of our AmLaw 200 law firms is expanding their San Francisco office and currently seeks an Employment & Labor Attorney. Those seeking flexible schedules are welcome to apply. A successful schedule for these positions could be either a traditional full-time role or an abbreviated work week.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of defense litigation experience, specifically including employment and labor matters, such as class action, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, labor grievance, and public accommodation claims
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Legal project management experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
