Business Transactions Associate - San Francisco, CA

One of our well known Bay Area law firms is currently seeking two general business associates to add to their San Francisco Office. The firm’s business attorneys work with a range of clients from closely held family businesses, to large and complex business enterprises. They serve clients in the technology, renewable energy, real estate, wine, cannabis, and food and beverage industries.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 but preferably at least 3 years of law firm experience handling a combination of corporate and financial transactions, such as:
• M&A transactions
• Securities offerings and other financings
• Private investments
• Partnerships and joint ventures
• Corporate restructurings
• Fund formation
• Corporate governance
