PATENT PROSECUTION ASSOCIATE– N. VIRGINIA

One of our national law firms have an urgent need for a Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney experienced with electronics, software & telecommunications in their Northern Virginia office.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in the following areas:

• Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
• IP strategy and portfolio management
• Strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science or physics.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO Registration required and state bar membership required
