Eminent Domain Attorney/Of Counsel– Los Angeles, Oakland or San Diego

We are currently looking for an intelligent, hard-working and self-motivated attorney with five (5) to eight (8) years of experience to join the Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Practice Group in its San Diego, Los Angeles or Oakland office. This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified associate to gain significant litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5-8+ years’ experience preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical capabilities, superior research and writing skills.
• Strong work ethic, a proven ability to work in teams and an interest in building a practice.
• Candidates must possess significant experience with discovery, including e-discovery and law and motion practice. Public entity and eminent domain experience are a PLUS.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
