Real Estate Attorney- Oakland, Ca

One of our local Oakland law firms is seeking a real estate attorney to join their muli-faceted Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have real estate transactional experience, as well as experience with negotiation and documentation of leasing transactions of both landlord and tenant.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on leasing transactions.
• Ability to handle the primary responsibility of negotiation and documentation of leasing transactions of both land lord and tenant.
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
