Litigation Attorney – Salinas, CA

Monterey County's leading AV rated law firm seeks a seasoned lawyer with five (5) to ten (10) or more years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have general civil litigation experience and be capable of managing cases from beginning to end, including motion practice and all forms of discovery.  Billable Requirement: 1550 hours annually. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 5-10+ years of experience in a law firm environment (highly preferred).
• General civil litigation experience is required.
• Experience with employment litigation and/or trust litigation is a plus.
• CA barred.
• Experience with managing cases from beginning to end including motion practice and discovery.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
