Corporate Paralegal – San Francisco, CA (starting at $105k+ & $10k signing bonus!) 

One of our Full-Service Corporate boutique firms is seeking qualified paralegals in its growing San Francisco office. They are hiring 20 associates and have an immediate need for paralegals.

They pay 100% of employee and dependent premiums on ALL base healthcare plans that will save you as much as $16k! They also offer a $12k bonus opportunity at 1,450 hours. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-15+ years of direct corporate law experience (preferably in a large/corporate law firm).
• Have dedication to responsive client service and a passion for working with entrepreneurs.
• Are confident/self-assured and can hit the ground running.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and bring a sense of humor and an energetic personality.

1. Exciting work and phenomenal deal flow. Over the past five years alone, they advised clients in well over 800 VC/Angel financings and 85 acquisitions. They are working with clients backed by tier-one venture capitalists. Our clients are doing deals with global enterprise players. 2. Significantly lower billable hours expectations. Their associates and paralegals average around 1,200-1,300 hours per year, including unlimited hours billed to the firm/pro bono. Hours bonuses are paid quarterly (a prorated bonus amount each quarter based on annualized hours billed).
