Estate Planning Legal Secretary/Assistant – San Francisco, CA (starting $70k+ DOE)
One of our boutique law firms is currently looking for an Estate Planning Legal Secretary or Assistant. This position would be supporting one (1) partner, two (2) associates and one (1) paralegal. This position will mostly be our client coordinator, scheduler and some document production. The successful candidate will have 2-7+ years of recent law office experience, advanced proficiency with MS Word and a proactive work ethic. Estate planning experience preferred but not required. Firm will train on T&E for the right candidate. Hours are generally M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
