Litigation Associate Attorney – Portland, OR

Litigator with a minimum of 2 years' experience (2-10 years). Construction Defect litigation preferred, but general civil litigation experience a must. General Liability/PI exp a plus. Research, writing and legal analysis skills a must. Deposition skills (deposing experts) key as is handling complex lit cases from inception through trial. Must be able to supervise subordinate staff. Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent career growth opportunity for handling complex lit cases.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
