Patent Prosecution- Life Science- SF, SV, or Walnut Creek

One of our law firms is seeking a patent prosecution associate or agent in Life Sciences to work in either their San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Walnut Creek office.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm.
• Advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset.
• California bar members strongly preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
