Patent Prosecution Agent-Biotech- San Diego

One of our national law firms is in dire need of a patent agent for their San Diego office. The ideal candidate can have from one year of experience to seven years of experience.

Requirements:

• 1-7 years of patent preparation and prosecution
• Experience with IP strategy and portfolio management
• Strong scientific background, at the graduate level, in the life sciences (immunology background, with cell and molecular biology experience)
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO Registration preferred, but not required.
