Description:

A mid-sized, full-service commercial law firm in Portland, Oregon has an immediate opening in its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. We are seeking an attorney with 3-7+ years' experience in Chapter 11 cases and business litigation. Candidate should also have meaningful, hands-on courtroom and office experience in handling significant UCC matters, business restructuring, commercial loan workouts, and receiverships.

Oregon bar NOT required. You can waive into the bar if you are interested in applying.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)
