Health Care Operations Associate - Chicago

One of our top law firm's has one of the largest health care practices in the U.S. with 22 offices and is currently seeking a healthcare associate to join its national healthcare practice in Chicago. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills.

• The ideal candidates will possess 3+ years of healthcare experience; consulting or other practical and operational experience is a positive.
• Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interests and experience with the application and implementation of one or more of the following to healthcare law areas of specialty: healthcare fraud and abuse laws (i.e., federal anti-kickback, Stark and CMP provisions); Medicare ACOs and other payment alignment systems, Medicare enrollment, billing and reimbursement; transactional support for healthcare M&A deals.
• The firm is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow our national practice.
