Employment Litigation & Class Action Attorney - San Diego, CA

The San Diego office has an opportunity for an Associate with 2+ years of employment litigation and class action experience to join the firm’s expanding practice as a traditional associate and take on an important role in litigation with direct contact with client representative and opposing counsel.

Duties:

Perform legal research; draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings; attend court conferences; handle discovery-related activities and investigations; and draft position statements and dispositive motions.

They provide their associates with multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities as well as access to robust professional development training programs.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor; Outstanding academic record (top 25% of law school class).
• Candidates must have 2+ years of California employment litigation and class action experience either in-house or at a law firm.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
