Trust and Estates Associate - Reno, NV

One of Reno's prestigious law firms is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join their estate planning practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Strong academic credentials with tax course work (JD required; LLM is a plus)
• Ability to work directly with clients to identify estate and succession goals and develop and implement related strategies including drafting complex estate and gift planning documents (ranging from revocable trusts to GRATs, ILITs, dynasty trusts to other wealth planning strategies)
• Experience handling complex trust administrations and the issues that arise in connection with them, including valuation of assets, managing beneficiary expectations, and division and allocation of trusts
