The Lead Maintenance / Turn Manager is responsible for facilitating and expediting the tenant turn process while ensuring company property quality standards are maintained. Each Field Supervisor is assigned a portfolio of primary responsibility encompassing a designated assignment of single-family home units. Responsibilities Ensures that the property inventory is maintained to company standards Conducts tenant turns, punch list items, and move-in /move-out inspections Monitors general contractor, vendor and subcontracted work Diagnose and repair small maintenance issues such as fixing appliances, faucets, etc. Conducts tenant move-outs and key exchanges Assesses property condition reports and complete work requirements and turn cost estimates Inspects general contractor/ vendor completed work and work-in-progress Verifies all punch list items are completed Required Skills Requirements High School diploma or GED required Drivers license required 2-5 years of related experience Intermediate PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi and CRM Solid verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong time management and organizational skills Required Experience Job Location Richardson, Texas, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular Apply Connect Who do you know at American Homes 4 Rent Return To Job Listings
