The goal of our Title & Launch Management Data Science and Engineering team is to enable operational and creative excellence in the distribution and promotion of our content. We collaborate closely with our partners in the Content Platform Operations & Publishing organization, and our work directly contributes to launching high-quality content on our service and helping our members discover content they will love. We conduct analyses, develop models, and build analytical tools to help our partners execute on these primary objectives.
We are looking for a talented analytics engineer to help lead the development and measurement of our scaled content system, which will enable the highly automated delivery of new content formats to our service, such as fast-follow local broadcasts, video podcasts, and more. Your background and characteristics:
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $150,000 - $750,000.
