  • Responsibilities

    LOCATION:

    Remote, East Coast, and near a major airport.

    Travel possible up to 10%.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviews, develops and collates construction project related documentation.

    • Routes, tracks, files contracts and subcontracts.

    • Leads monthly invoicing process including routing, tracking, filing, submission to clients.

    • Tracks payment collection and follows-up with clients for payment.

    • Assists in internal contract setup and job cost accounting.

    • Assists in preparing proposals including compiling resumes, project case studies, and proposal narrative.

    • Tracks proposals and job opportunities in CRM software.

    • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and Experience:

    Undergraduate degree or 4 years of experience. Degree in engineering or building science field preferred. Construction industry knowledge preferred.

    Certifications:

    None.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Organizational Skills:

    Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information including detailed document formatting. Must be able to independently track many ongoing tasks.

    Financial Knowledge:

    Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures including basic Excel skills.

    Problem Solving:

    Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

    Software:

    Microsoft Word, including detailed formatting. Microsoft excel, including basic math functions. Network file management. Adobe In Design preferred but not required. Ability to create formatted layouts preferred.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Cx Coordinator position is $70000 annually and the maximum salary for the Cx Coordinator position is $90000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
