  • Responsibilities

    What You'll Do

    • Update configuration trackers and maintain thorough records and documentation to ensure accurate implementation
    • Proactively engage with the project team and provide status reports
    • Coordinate activities with customers, engineering teams, and suppliers
    • Manage rollouts of hardware and software updates for automated systems
    • Collaborate with production personnel and maintenance teams to determine maintenance priorities
    • Ensure work orders are accurate, complete, and prioritize tasks based on production schedules and safety considerations
    • Coordinate access requests
    • Coordinate logistics of materials & supplies
    • Identify metrics to consistently measure and track productivity on a monthly basis
    • Identify process refinement; create and utilize templates for standardizing system documentation
    • Ability to skillfully manage a diverse set of team members and stakeholders
    • Must be able to work and analyze both independently and as part of a team
    • Create dashboards using Google platforms as needed
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    What You'll Need

    • Experience with Google Suite
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • 3+ years of project management experience
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • Ability to coordinate with and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
    • Ability to organize complex product information into clear written descriptions and instructions.
