We are seeking a highly motivated INTERN for our Finance team in the Development division. This internship is FT and will have a duration of two months. This can be extended based on performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support with financial models and analysis
• Assist with acquisition and due diligence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enrollment in an accredited college/university is strongly preferred.
• Must have an interest in the Finance and property management business.
• High proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
