    Job Description

    We are looking to hire a Client Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with us customers through many channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. You will strive to deliver a human and helpful Support experience through creative problem-solving, a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how we work.

    Salary range: $44000 - $52000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and other staff at all levels by navigating complex, consensus-driven decision-making environments.

    • Proactively monitor and track usage, product consumption gaps, and traffic patterns to identify opportunities and address potential future issues such as account churn.

    • Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, live chat, and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries.

    • Provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our clients in the product road map for continuous improvement.

    • Contribute to a high rate of returning purchases across your client base by systematically identifying and assessing renewal risks.

    • Engage with the Customer Success team to both understand and advise of customer issues, frustrations, or requests to drive customer happiness and retention.

    • Show composure, resilience, and flexibility in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and also as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required.

    • Previous experience in a management position preferred.

    • Ability to balance a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

    • Strong communication skills required.

    • Problem-solving experience.

    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
