Business Unit: Product Management & Development Job Summary Candidate will be an integral member of the Barings Alternative Investments Product Management team, specifically contributing to the Barings Real Estate Equity Product Management teams initiatives. Primary Responsibilities * Work with senior product management, investment teams and sales for all new and existing business development matters * Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all regularly scheduled and ad-hoc marketing materials such as pitchbooks and factsheets * Collaborate with global team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data and deliverables * Engage with senior product management, investment team and business development colleagues to assist in strategy / product launch execution * Work with firm's internal compliance and legal departments to ensure external documents are compliant with regulatory requirements and firm guidelines * Contribute to research on Fund raising trends within the RE Equity market including competitor analysis * Monitor production workflows and proactively communicate progress status * Create and maintain internal reports tracking sales activity, prospecting status, team deliverables and AUM * Develop a strong knowledge base of private and public equity real estate markets * Coordinate internal team project meetings Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or other Business-related field strongly preferred * Minimum two years of experience in real estate (private and/or public), private equity, consulting, or similar fields related to investment management * Detail oriented with strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and facilitation skills * Strong presentation capabilities, including visual and written communication * Experience with Salesforce.com is a strong plus * A high degree of proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point * Ability and willingness to travel if needed Barings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.
