Basel Capital, a luxury home builder is rapidly expanding and seeks a Real Estate Researcher to provide research support and assistance to the team. Perform certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team and delivery of research material for purchase and development opportunities in the Greater Seattle area. Use your expertise in real estate research to help fuel our growth! As a Real Estate Researcher, you will have opportunity to coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants. You will gain experience in the real estate research and project feasibility analysis. Job Responsibilities: * Conduct online research through a variety of different platforms, outside agents and municipal websites. * Title and initial inquiry for potential land and property acquisitions. * Summarize and compile property reports. * Receive and provide initial response to outside sources. * Perform project feasibility study. * Effectively build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with developers, owners and brokers. * Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Architecture/ Real Estate/ Economics/ Business / Finance. * Prior experience in real estate is preferred. * Ability to organize and critically analyze large amounts of data. * Strong mathematical aptitude with exposure to and familiarity with statistical applications. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, willing to work within an entrepreneurial environment, able to multi-task and excellent organization skills. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Demonstrated interest in real estate and general understanding of real estate development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel abilities required.
