The Benefits Operations Analyst position is part of the Benefits Team within the Compensation and Employee Programs (CEP) team. We have a unique approach to our benefits philosophy here at Netflix, developing and delivering programs that support our unusual culture. In a culture that supports creativity, innovation, and inclusion as key competencies, this position will have the responsibility of applying the same method of thinking toward the delivery of innovative benefit offerings for our talent across the U.S. and Canada.
This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in Los Gatos or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Benefits Operations Manager to carry out the operations strategy, design, and administration of Netflix benefits.
- Oversee and own the end-to-end operational execution of the benefit programs you support, while partnering with the Benefits Managers to inform and support overall program strategy.
- Partner closely with the Benefits Managers to implement and launch new benefit programs.
- Be responsible for our financial, legal, and supplier management by partnering with Finance and AP.
- Manage leave-of-absence cases in partnership with managers and HRBPs.
- Partner closely with stakeholders such as Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate data exchange, successful file feed integrations, root causing/solving file feed issues, and effective operations of our programs.
- Lead the operations of the annual Open Enrollment as well as other program implementations from start to finish.
- Understand and execute the compliance landscape that governs UCAN benefits.
- Work closely with our Employee Services Generalist team and our Global Talent Operations Associates to both support them in responding to employee benefit inquiries/escalations and draw insights and learnings from their front-line communication with employees to inform our work.
- Create clear benefit communications, enhancing and updating our internal and external benefits site as well as other new and innovative communications methods.
- Work closely with HRIS to manage the Workday benefits module, resolve eligibility issues, implement system improvements, and test changes, including leading UAT.
Experience:
- 4-6+ years of experience in administering benefit programs, managing employee inquiries and benefits enrollment.
- HR experience at entertainment and/or technology organizations (preferred but not required) or a similar industry that operates in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience using Workday is a plus
- Experience with leaves of absence and accommodation administration with expertise in applicable laws and regulations.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $134,000.00 - $240,000.00.
