HIGHLAND ESCROW OFFICE IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ESCROW OFFICER.

Real Estate / Mortgage Broker in Highland is seeking to add an experienced individual to join our staff. Looking for someone who is excited to grow their career and be an integral part of a growing company. Candidates should take great pride in their work and have a similar passion for customer service/escrow/real estate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Well versed in purchase transactions.
• Ability to interact with realtors, buyers, sellers, loan officers, etc.
• Proficient working with escrow/title software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Prepare accurate settlement statements and initiate disbursement of funds.
• Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions.
• Strong knowledge of escrow process, title process and company policies/procedures.
• Strong organizational and management skills..

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Three or more years of experience working as an Escrow Officer.

WORK AUTHORIZATION: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Salary plus bonus. Please include compensation requirements when responding. Starting salary based on experience.
