Responsibilities: • Researching the local real estate market • Putting a lockbox on your door • Helping in determining the asking price • Attending the closing settlement • Negotiating with potential buyers • Pulling a list of comparable homes for each listing • Advising sellers on price and price strategy for their home Qualifications: • Sales Experience • This is a commission position Compensation: $30,000 - $150,000
