Job Description

• Responsible for oversight of the seasonal lease up and turnover process.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
• Oversees property staff.
• Conducts periodic apartment inspections.
• Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.
• Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
• Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
• Approves invoices for payments.
• Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Effectively manages maintenance technicians.
• Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.
• Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
• Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
• Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly owner reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of property management experience ( Required)
• Yardi ( Preferred)
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to organize and problem-solve
• Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

Properties: (Park Tower - 75 Units) and (Park View - 58 Units)

Pay Range: _ ($66,650- $75,000 (Annually)_

Leasing Bonus: (Per New Lease - $100.00)
