We are searching for a TMX (Team Member Experience) / Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The TMX Coordinator will provide administrative support for TMX (Team Member Experience) Initiatives and advance special TMX projects as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience and education. Responsibilities Run daily production and direct reports as needed Complete E-Verify cases and process Personnel Action Requests (PARs) Explain and Administer Benefits enrollment for all New Hires Maintain and track all benefits to include Open Enrollment as well as New Hire and Life Changes in regards to benefits Coordinate Wellness programs in conjunction with the TMX Manager Help convey any changes in company policy to all Team Members Research and resolve with Payroll Coordinator questions from Team Members as they related to the processing of payroll information such as garnishments, employment verifications, workers' compensation, tax questions, and other changes Maintain Personnel files for each Team Member Coordinate with the TMX Manager on New Hire Pre-Employment paperwork Assist the TMX Manager with Employee Assistance Program initiatives Coordinate onboarding scheduling and completion Participate in Quarterly Inventory Schedule and coordinate New Hire Orientation to include but is not limited to: maintaining schedule, coordinating briefings, and assisting all new hires Assist with the creation of company policies, procedures, job descriptions, and other documentation relating to the TMX program Screen policies and practices to ensure compliance with federal and AL state laws Complete Alabama unemployment claim forms and BEN requests Serve as a key participant in the advancement of special TMX projects Populate and track all team member reviews and training Coordinate company tours Coordinate events with local community and Team Member Appreciation Day Maintain Measurements for all Team Members to view Other duties as assigned Assist TMX Manager with other projects as needed Minimum Qualifications Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems and / or Kronos a plus Previous Experience in Human Resources or Payroll Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience Trustworthy - capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information Must be detail-oriented and organized Able to adhere to tight deadlines Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels of the organization Knowledge of all HR 'acronym' components related to employment law and regulations Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR / OD preferred Minimum 2 years' experience with computerized payroll processing 3-4 years' experience in a training or human resource role preferred 17921 COUNTY ROAD 41 NORTH ADDISON, Alabama, 35540 United States
