What you'll be doing as an Accounting Assistant:
● Assisting homeowners with their ledger and payment questions
● Updating homeowner account information
● A/R + A/P
● ADMIN/ACCT correspondence as needed including but not limited to statement and specialized accounting letters
● Assist with annual audit as needed
Are you qualified? (We hope so!)
● High School education or equivalent
● Experience with Yardi helpful
● Previous experience in Property Management helpful
● Experience in general ledger account reconciliation and analysis is preferred
Hours, Pay, & Location:
Full Time Tuesday-Saturday
Pay: $21.00/hr.
