What you'll be doing as a Housekeeper:

●      Clean the leasing office, building corridors, and any interior common areas such as a lobby lounge, fitness center, and amenity rooms

●      Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and make sure tour routes look exemplary at all times

●      Assist in make-ready procedures including cleaning vacant apartments

●      Clean exterior areas such as elevators and mailbox area

●      Assist in policing the grounds to maintain curb appeal

Are you qualified? (We hope so!)

●      Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

●      Good safety habits

●      Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
