SMALL BUT VERY BUSY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS LOOKING TO HIRE THE RIGHT PERSON TO HELP RUN THEIR PORTLAND OFFICE. DUTIES ARE VARIED BUT INCLUDE: SUPPORTING FOUR REGIONAL MANAGERS AND THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, ENSURING ALL MONTHLY REPORTING GOES OUT TIMELY AND ACCURATELY TO PROPERTIES, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (OFFICE SUPPLIES, POSTAGE, MAIL DISTRIBUTION, TEAM MEETINGS, EVENTS), WORKING WITH THE CORPORATE OPS TEAM, ASSIST WITH THE ON-BOARDING NEW EMPLOYEES, HELPING RESIDENTS/OWNERS WITH ISSUES, CREATING RFP'S AS REQUESTED. STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS (OFFICE 365) GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT AND POLISHED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE ALL A MUST HAVE FOR THIS POSITION.
