You will enjoy on-the-job training and excellent work experience all while being part of a dynamic and skilled team whose mission is to deliver a superior product and outstanding customer satisfaction to our Members.

Candidates will assimilate to the organization through an initial training period of 90 days to gain a broad understanding of the overall business, and a deep understanding of the Operations arena.

After this initial training, candidates will begin to take on responsibilities within the Asst. Field Manager and/or Asst. Customer Service Representative roles while under the guidance of a mentor.

As the candidate continues to develop a broad range of knowledge in their role and demonstrates technical mastery, they will continue to take on more responsibility within their position until they ultimately have full performance certification.

The expected duration of this process can vary from candidate to candidate, but is approximately 6-12 months. After this time, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate full proficiency in the role for a period of time before other opportunities are available.
