** Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Paralegal to support the Legal Department with contract preparation, review, administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume of contracts, maintaining contract databases, and coordinating with internal departments and external parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Key Responsibilities:**
** Contract Administration:**
- Draft, review, revise, and manage various agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and amendments
- Coordinate contract execution and ensure all required approvals are obtained
- Maintain contract files and electronic contract management systems
** Legal & Compliance Support:**
- Assist attorneys with legal research and contract-related matters
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Track contract expiration dates, renewals, and compliance requirements
** Document Management:**
- Organize and maintain legal documents, templates, and records
- Prepare summaries, reports, and correspondence related to contracts and legal matters
- Support document retention and audit readiness efforts
** Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with procurement, finance, HR, and business teams regarding contract terms and processes
- Respond to internal inquiries related to contract status and documentation
** Process Improvement:**
- Assist in developing and improving contract workflows, templates, and procedures
- Support implementation and maintenance of contract lifecycle management systems
** Qualifications:**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or corporate paralegal work
- Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal documentation
- Experience with contract management software and Microsoft Office applications
